Digital NGOs Speaking Youth Language (SYL) includes a structured set of activities guiding NGOs and youth workers through learning, experimenting, and transforming their digital communication.
Below you will find each activity in order, with timelines, goals, and partner responsibilities.
A1 – Project Management & Coordination
(Duration: M1–M18 | Led by Nó Górdio, HESSA, ACPELIA)
This activity ensures the smooth coordination of the project across Portugal, Romania, and Cyprus.

Goal:

A4 – Digital Training Guide (Handbook)
(Duration: M3–M7 | Led by HESSA with ACPELIA & Nó Górdio)
The Guide supports NGOs in improving their digital communication and building modern strategies.

A3 – International Training of Trainers (ToT)
(Month 8 | Romania | 4 Days)
15 youth workers (5 per partner) participate in an intensive training preparing them to train NGOs locally.

Goal:
To build a team of skilled facilitators capable of mentoring NGOs in the next phases.
A5–A7 – Local Trainings in Portugal, Romania & Cyprus
(Months 9–10 | 4 days in each country)
Based on the ToT, each partner delivers a local training for NGOs and youth workers.

To ensure the new skills translate into real improvements in each NGO.
A8 – Closing Conference & Open Days
(Months 14–15 | Portugal)
A final event bringing together partners, NGOs, youth workers, and stakeholders to showcase the results of SYL.
